This magnificent villa is located in a 2-hectare waterfront condominium comprising:
- a country house with 10 apartments;
- 2 individual houses;
- a 20 x 10 meter swimming pool;
- a tennis court;
- a small beach at the foot of the park;
- a very available caretaker to deal with any eventuality or difficulty.
All comfort, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- another bedroom with a double bed;
- a third bedroom with a double bed;
- a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa;
- four functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- 5 minutes walk from the beach;
- 20 minutes by car from the city center;
- 1 km from the naval shuttle to visit Porquerolles Island.

Hyères is a small seaside resort renowned for its beaches. You'll love the immense Almanarre beach or prefer the peninsula, near La Madrague, or the beaches of La Capte, La Bergerie, or La Badine for their shallow waters suitable for families. The Giens peninsula also hides secret coves like the Calanque du Four à Chaux. You can also head out to sea and head for the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, which are part of the Port-Cros National Park, or to the Île du Levant where naturism is practiced. Many water activities are offered in Hyères and on the islands: sailing excursions, boat trips, towed buoys, kayaking, or sea canoeing... The town is renowned for its exceptional seabed, and is one of the most renowned scuba diving, kitesurfing, and wingfoiling spots in Europe.
