That's exactly what Suites 3 & 4 of Les Suites de La Comédie offer: two connecting air-conditioned apartments, side by side on the ground floor of a 19th-century stone building. Each has its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Together, they form the ideal space for 2 to 4 guests travelling as a family or with friends, combining the comfort of two private apartments with the freedom to open up and share the space whenever you like.

Located on Rue Durand, right on the edge of the Écusson (the historic pedestrian center), the apartment puts everything within easy walking distance. Just steps away: the train station, Halles Laissac for fresh local produce, all tram lines, the Comédie square, museums, restaurants, shops…

Suite 3 features a singular boutique concept, halfway between an interior design studio and a stylish apartment designed for everyday living. A large wrought iron window, exposed beams, an atelier-style glass partition, contemporary lines and natural materials create a soft, elegant and inspiring atmosphere. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard for complete quiet. A large desk with monitor also makes it ideal for remote working.

Suite 4 is designed as a boutique hotel-style suite with all the comfort and privacy of an apartment. A spacious open-plan studio with a warm and welcoming feel, it stands out for its beautifully designed bathroom with custom-made steel sliding doors, an Italian shower and a separate bathtub. Its rarest feature in the city center: a private flowery patio, perfect for a morning coffee or a quiet end-of-day moment.

Both suites feature reversible air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Together, the two connecting apartments provide a fully private space for 2 to 4 guests, with two Queen Size beds, two bathrooms, two equipped kitchens and two distinct living spaces, with the freedom to open up and share whenever you like.

Suite 3 features a separate bedroom, divided from the living room by an atelier-style glass partition, with a Queen Size bed and premium bedding, built-in storage and a large desk with monitor.

Suite 4 is a spacious open-plan studio with a sleeping area featuring a Queen Size bed and premium bedding, a sitting area with sofa, a dining space and a discreet workspace.
