That's exactly what Suites 1 & 2 of Les Suites de La Comédie offer: two air-conditioned apartments on the floor of a 19th-century stone building, sharing a private landing. Each has its own entrance, bedroom and equipment. Together, they form the ideal space for 2 to 4 guests travelling as a family or with friends, combining the comfort of two private apartments with the freedom to open up and share the space whenever you like.

Located on Rue Durand, right on the edge of the Écusson (the historic pedestrian center), the apartments put everything within easy walking distance. Just steps away: the train station, Halles Laissac for fresh local produce, all tram lines, the Comédie square, museums, restaurants, shops…

You'll be right in the heart of the city, with quick access to the beaches and the airport.

### **➽ A private landing, 2 distinct atmospheres**

Suite 1, street side, embraces historic charm: a decorative marble fireplace, an antique trumeau mirror, moldings and an exposed stone wall blend with a sn of vintage and family pieces. Its bedroom, separated from the living room by an elegant glass partition and blackout curtains, does not face the street and offers a true haven of peace, with a small balcony.

Suite 2, courtyard side, plays a brighter, more contemporary note: clean lines, natural materials and carefully chosen details create a soft, calming atmosphere. Its bedroom, facing the inner courtyard, is separated from the living room by an atelier-style glass partition that lets in the light while preserving privacy.

The 2 suites share a private landing, set apart from the building's other units, with each suite able to be closed off independently.

Both suites feature reversible air conditioning for year-round comfort.
