Spanning an impressive 400 m² of living space on a fully enclosed 1,116 m² plot, the villa is designed in a modern architectural style with high-end amenities throughout. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum capacity of 12.
The villa features 5 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while one room offers two single beds—perfect for flexible group arrangements. In total, the villa includes 6 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The interior is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. The ground floor hosts three bedrooms, a dining area, and a fully equipped entertainment zone including a playroom. On the upper floor, guests will find two additional bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room, a terrace with beautiful views, and a private fitness gym.
