This beautiful apartment in Six-fours-les-plages is ideal for a romantic getaway or a relaxing break on the coast.
Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the breathtaking view of the sea and palm trees, offering an authentic Mediterranean setting.
Located in a quiet and secure residence with a caretaker, the accommodation benefits from simplified access via a gate, allowing you to quickly reach the water and the beach for your moments of relaxation.
The master bedroom features a 140x190cm double bed, guaranteeing restful nights after your days of exploration. The space is designed for your comfort so you'll feel right at home as soon as you unpack.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
To prepare your meals, you have a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and espresso machine (ground coffee). The apartment also includes a functional bathroom with a hairdryer. For your convenience, a washing machine, iron, and wall-mounted vacuum cleaner are provided.
Please note that the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, but does not have a Wi-Fi connection.
Animals are not allowed.
You can fully enjoy the residence's shared swimming pool to cool off.
It is accessible from May to September, with opening hours from 9am to 7pm, ideal for alternating between sea bathing and freshwater swimming.
For your peace of mind, a private parking space/garage is available for your vehicle to be parked sey (maximum vehicle height 180 cm and width 220 cm). There is also an outdoor parking area in front of the apartment, but please note that this is subject to a fee during the summer season. (However, four hours of parking are free.)
The outdoor setting is truly enchanting; the rental property is located within the private estate of La Coudoulière.
You can therefore enjoy the many facilities on the estate, including a pétanque court, basketball, ping pong, mini golf, tennis, and treetop adventure course (by reservation).
You can stroll in the large wooded park of the residence, complete with two cool ponds, perfect for lovely walks.
