The studio is located in a residence 300 meters (5 min walk) from Bonnegrâce Beach, 15 min walk from the Port of Sanary where its legendary Provençal market is held every Wednesday, ranked among the most beautiful in France, 10 min by car from the port of Brusc allowing access to the islands of Gaou and Embiez dotted with coves with crystal clear waters and finally 5 min by car from the port of Coudoulière and its many nautical activities with the Parc du Jardin de la Méditerranée as well as the Batterie du Cap Nègre museum, which are both on the road.
