Welcome to "10 Cozy Green", a charming 65m² house on 3 levels, ideally located in Moliets-et-Maa, designed to offer a functional yet deeply relaxing stay for up to 6 people. ☀️
Bathed in natural light, this accommodation stands out for its soothing atmosphere and its privileged setting in a very quiet area, perfect for recharging with family or friends.
Ground floor living area:
- bright living room/lounge for your moments of relaxation;
- fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area;
- A separate toilet;
- a bathroom with bath/shower and sink;
- the living room opens onto a 20 m2 wooden terrace renovated in 2025, not overlooked and planted with vegetation, under the Landes pines;
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer + storage space for bicycles and sports equipment in the basement;
Night side:
- a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and storage on the ground floor;
- a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and storage, set up on the mezzanine with a Californian blind on the floor;
- a third bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 and wardrobes, set up in a beautiful windowless room, and its shower room and WC adjoining the basement;
Exteriors:
- a south-facing rear terrace on the ground floor level of 20 m2, not overlooked and enclosed, with access via a gate on the street of the practice;
- a small garden in front of the house on the north side and its private parking space in front of the house;
Please note: this house is spread over three levels, accessible via the basement and its sliding door, or via the ground floor and its staircase at the rear of the house, where the main entrance is located. The third level is the mezzanine above the living room. This unique layout, linked to the house's original structure, has been maximized to guarantee space and privacy: everyone can have their own space and freedom. However, it is advisable to keep young children on the ground floor for safety reasons, given the stairs leading to both the basement and the mezzanine.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided.
Welcome kits containing kitchen and bathroom essentials are also provided upon your arrival.
The house benefits from free fibre-optic wifi to keep you connected during your vacation.

It's a 10-minute bike ride from a beautiful, secluded beach, "Chênes Lièges" (Cork Oaks), and the cycle path leading there runs alongside the Moliets International Golf Course, which is itself adjacent to the property: everything is easily accessible without a car, at a leisurely pace. The famous Vélodyssée, the long-distance cycle route that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes nearby, just 5 minutes away, offering lovely rides through pine forests. The main beach of Moliets, with its bars and restaurants, is also a 10-minute bike ride away, offering a more lively atmosphere with its bars and restaurants, open seasonally.
