The original and contemporary architecture of this villa, with its cathedral living room and its immense bay window opening onto the exterior, will delight you with its generous living space and beautiful light.
It includes on the GROUND FLOOR:
- a fully equipped and fitted open kitchen, new and its back kitchen/laundry room;
- a large living room with dining area of 60 m2 opening onto an outdoor wooden terrace of 60 m2 and its garden with a swimming pool of 4M70 x 2M60;
- a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and its private shower room;
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140 X 190 cms and the shower room shared by the 2;
- a separate toilet;
Upstairs:
- a lounge area with television, overlooking the living room;
Two private parking spaces are available just in front of the house gate.
The private swimming pool is open from May to September.
You will particularly appreciate its generous and contemporary volumes as well as its large green wooden terrace, with varied atmospheres depending on the time of day.
You enjoy a garden of approximately 200 m2 at the front of the house, well fenced and not directly overlooked: the house is in the town center, along the Avenue de l'Océan, which can cause some noise pollution during the day due to the passage of vehicles at low speed. However, the evenings and nights are very quiet in the town center, because the entertainment and nightlife are particularly located at the beaches.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
There is reversible air conditioning in the large living room, with its high ceiling and its mezzanine: cool in summer if necessary, cozy and gentle warmth in winter, complemented by the pleasure of a good fire with its wood pellet stove.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- very close to cycle paths (the Vélodyssée);
- 3 km from the central beach of Moliets (surfing) and the “Chênes Lièges” beach;
- close to the golf course, the ocean, the forest and the Courant d'Huchet (forest walks);
- 10 minutes by car from Lake Léon (with several water activities);
- close to shuttles, transport and bike rentals;
- close to the annual shops of the town hall of the tourist office (bakery, butcher and pharmacy accessible on foot).
You will find a "U Express et Drive" supermarket 8 minutes away on foot for your small daily purchases.

The house is located in the center of Moliets, in a small subdivision of 3 houses: All shops are within walking distance, bakery, butcher, tobacconist and newsagent, and supermarket. You can see the Basque pelota wall and the church in the center of town when you leave your house... Immediate immersion in Moliets life, and quiet in the evenings in the summer. You are 10/15 minutes by bike from the 2 very beautiful beaches of Mulets, that of "Chênes Lièges", and the "centrale" and not far from the international golf courses: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely.
The famous Vélodysée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye passes right by the house, and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulty, and to reach the beaches mentioned above.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maa perfectly embodies the oceanic character of the Landes coast. Nestled behind maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers, and undeniably beautiful Landes landscapes.
