In a residence with a swimming pool, ideal for holidays with family or friends, this apartment welcomes you close to the beach and shops.
The living space consists of a recently fitted open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.
The living room, which opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace, has a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, ideal for enjoying sunny days.
The room offers a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed (140cm).
The bathroom has a shower with a toilet.
The cabin at the entrance has two single bunk beds, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of August 25, 1995).
A communal car park within the residence with numerous parking spaces will allow you to park your car in the basement.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you would like these services added, please contact us.
A deposit of €150 for cleaning and €500 for accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sums not cashed or debited, as a guarantee).
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency accepts no responsibility should the building management or the relevant authorities decide to close the pools. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be issued.
