Welcome to Jardin Marin, a beautiful 41 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the "Les Jardins de l'Océan" residence. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, this cozy retreat is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday right by the sea. Just 250 meters from Demoiselles beach, enjoy a stay where everything is within walking distance, from swimming to the laid-back Vendée lifestyle.
A modern interior and exemplary modularity
The apartment opens onto a bright and perfectly designed living space. Here you'll find an ultra-modern and functional open-plan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The space extends into a welcoming dining area and a cozy living room with a television.
On the bedroom side, the layout allows everyone to find their own privacy:
A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
A sleeping area in the common room with bunk beds (two 90x190 beds).

Relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the pool
The real highlight of Jardin Marin is its charming 14 m² terrace. Fully furnished with garden furniture, it's the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast in the sun or an aperitif at the end of the day. During the season (June 15th to September 15th), you'll also have access to the residence's communal swimming pool for a refreshing break after the beach. A private parking space is also reserved for you within the residence.

The Demoiselles beach is just a short walk away (250 m), but the region is full of treasures to discover:
Water sports: Surfing and land sailing on Demoiselles beach.
Entertainment: Atlantic Toboggan and Beau Land Park amusement park are about a 10-minute drive away.
