Single-ownership of 4 apartments located in the RAPATEL-PLANAS sector - residential area of Saint Cyprien beach.
You will be staying on the RIGHT floor in the MEZZANINE Apartment, which is composed as follows:
Direct entry into the living room equipped with a lounge area with a sofa bed (140cm) and TV. Second sofa NOT a sofa bed.
Dining area and kitchenette (Refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)
Room with a double bed (140cm) and storage.
Bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine
Upstairs mezzanine offering 2 additional sleeping spaces, i.e. 2 single beds - storage.
Beautiful covered terrace with awning and outdoor furniture - overlooking the communal garden of the fully fenced property, gated and accessible to all guests during your stay - ideal reading and relaxation area.
Free parking in front of the property.
