Discover this superb 78 m² apartment located in Fréjus, a true haven of peace on the ground floor of a luxury residence with elevator.
This spacious and bright accommodation is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in the heart of a magnificent wooded park.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with two single beds and a cot, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with a double bed. For added flexibility, the living room also includes a sofa bed providing comfortable additional sleeping space.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee for your comfort upon arrival. You can stay connected throughout your stay thanks to the free Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals. You will also enjoy a modern shower room, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, and a television. Each room has electric shutters and a fan to ensure your comfort.
The main advantage of this property is its large, shaded, and private terrace, which provides a very pleasant natural coolness. You will have access to the residence's shared swimming pool, open from May to September (weather permitting) between 9 am and 8 pm.

Fréjus is a seaside resort and tourist destination on the French Riviera. It has also been designated a City of Art and History. Originally a Roman city, it was founded in 49 BC to rival Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus boasts the second-highest concentration of ancient ruins in France after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
