This residence, located close to both the slopes (30 meters) and the center of Vallandy, comprises 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on the upper floors, facing west, enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal car park in the immediate vicinity.
This approximately 40 sq m duplex apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator access in a residence close to the slopes and shops. In the heart of Vallandry, you won't need to use your car to get to the cinema, restaurants, or shops.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment consists of a living room with a pull-out sofa bed opening onto an east-facing balcony offering a beautiful view of the slopes, a small bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchenette and a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs there is a double bed, a bathroom with a small bathtub and a separate toilet.
Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, electric hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 pull-out sofa bed.
Sanitary facilities: a shower room, a bathroom with a small bathtub and 2 separate toilets.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Possibility of renting a nearby garage at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
