Residence built in 2020 with covered parking. Located 350m from the slopes and shops, the west-facing apartments are very sunny and enjoy a beautiful view of the valley.
5-story residence with 2 elevators.
76m² apartment rated 3* with a private parking space, located on the 3rd level of building B, in a new residence approximately 350 meters from the shopping center and the Vallandry chairlift.
This high-end apartment is rented for 6 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and shower room with WC, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room which opens onto a south-facing balcony.
The extra touch: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter/summer (excluding short stays).
Amenities: Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination oven, 3-burner induction hob, washing machine. TV in bedroom only. Nespresso machine.

A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
