This quiet, sunny, four-story residence, built in the 1970s, offers beautiful views. Free, uncovered public parking is available below the residence. Access is via stairs. The ski slopes are approximately 200 meters away, and shops (sports shops and a mini-market) are nearby.
40m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. Ideally situated in Plan Peisey, close to the slopes and shops, the building is accessible by stairs.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet. The living room includes a sofa bed for 2 people and opens onto a double balcony facing south. The bedroom, furnished with a set of bunk beds and a single bed, also opens onto the balcony, offering beautiful views of the mountains and valley.
Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob. Television.
Rented with 1 ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only 6 years and older), 1 single bed

Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for the furniture replacement.
