Numerous walks are possible nearby, particularly towards the Gorges de la Diosaz, the forest of Les Houches and the surrounding nature reserves.
The ski slopes of Les Houches are a 5-minute drive away, and the Chamonix ski areas are between 15 and 25 minutes away.
The tenants have access to the right-hand side of the garden (playhouse with slide). The neighbors' dog may be there: it's friendly but can be intimidating to children.
Servoz train station is an 18-minute walk and a 3-minute drive away.
