From the entrance, you can reach the dining room, facing large bay windows offering natural light and a view of the garden.
The large adjoining kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room has a sofa and a smart TV, as well as access to the garden.
In this living room, a sleeping area with a pull-out bed (160x200 cm) can accommodate additional guests.
The sleeping area includes:
- A master bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and ceiling fan.
- A bathroom with toilet, accessible from the hallway.
- A second shower room with WC, located next to the kitchen.
In the garden, a 17m² wooden chalet offers an additional bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and ceiling fan, for more privacy.
In the garden you will enjoy a 4x8 m swimming pool bordered by olive trees, a garden lounge and an outdoor dining area, next to the pétanque court.
