The house Ferrer de S'Horta is located in the small village of S'Horta with approx. 1,000 inhabitants. The village has two small supermarkets, a coffee bar, a bank and a church. Just a 5-minute drive in the direction of Cala Ferrera takes you to the sandy bay of Cala Sanau. The lively tourist resort of Cala D'Or, 5 km away, offers various sandy coves, a pedestrianised area with a variety of shops and restaurants as well as the impressive marina. The charming fishing village of Porto Colom is also only 6 km away, with sandy bays for swimming and excellent dining overlooking the harbour. The golf course "Vall D'Or Golf" can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Ferrer de S'Horta is a spacious house, newly renovated and equipped to a high standard. Modern furniture and decoration are tastefully combined with high ceilings with exposed concrete beams and some walls clad with dry stone, giving the house a rustic ambience. The entrance is via the pool area. Sliding glass doors lead into the open, well-equipped, bright kitchen with cooking island. From here we reach the spacious, bright and open-plan living/dining area. Two areas have cosy sofas and a long wooden table invites you to enjoy meals together. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the terrace. Two bedrooms with access to the pool, each with 2 single beds and en suite shower rooms are located on the ground floor, which is completed by a guest toilet and service room. A staircase leads from the living/dining area to the floor. Here there are three further bedrooms, each with two single beds and en suite shower room and access to a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. Heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed hours of use from 21.00 h - 09.00 h.
The pool area overlooking fruit trees is the perfect place to read your favourite book or simply enjoy the long summer days. Next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with table and chairs and a brick barbecue. The pool with brick steps (11 m x 4 m, min. depth 1.15 m, max. 1.65 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable, adjustable sun loungers and lawn. Another covered terrace with sofa and 2 hanging chairs invites you to relax, opposite there is a bed with a lemon tree and herbs that can be used for cooking.The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).A high chair and a cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
