Beautiful semi-detached house for 8 people located in the old part of the marina of Cala D'Or. Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Cala D'Or.
From the entrance we reach a beautiful living room with a view of the marina. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. In the summer dining room there are sofas and a large table to enjoy the marvellous view. From this living room you have access to the bedrooms. The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Several steps lead us to a further three bedrooms. Two with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms. Finally, the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a marvellous view and a charming balcony with a table and two chairs.
Two of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and two have a pedestal fan.
The lawned garden has four sun loungers and a mobile barbecue and has access to the sea.
This house is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy a magnificent view of the harbour.
