Villa for 10 people with partially restricted views of the marina in a quiet street. The Cala Dor marina with its many restaurants and cafés is only 500 metres away. The sandy bay of Caló des Pou is also only 500 metres away.
Two-storey villa. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. To the right of the entrance hall there are two double bedrooms -one with access to a terrace-, a single bedroom and a bathroom. To the left of the hall there is a single bedroom, a twin bedroom with access to a terrace and a separate bathroom as well as a bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom and access to a terrace. Straight ahead of the hall, steps lead down to the lower ground floor where the spacious living room and dining room are located, both with access to the covered terrace and pool. Here there is another bathroom with a bathtub. The modern spacious kitchen also has access to the terrace area and from the covered terrace area a step leads down to the beautiful 10m. x 5m. pool with partial views of the marina. The divided terrace offers this beautiful view from both the dining and chill out area. Mobile barbecue available. Parking possible on the property.
