*On the lower level, an entrance hall, a bathroom with sink and bath and washing machine, a WC, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a 26.30m2 living room with equipped kitchenette; a 2-seater sofa bed and a 1-seater sofa bed; a 13m2 south-facing terrace with views of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
*Upstairs: a hallway, a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed under the eaves, another bedroom with three single beds under the eaves, and a south-facing balcony. End-of-stay cleaning included for the 2024-2025 winter season.
