Can Teco is a newly built country house situated in the surroundings of Manacor and Portocristo, in the eastern part of Mallorca. The house is situated on a plot of 17.579 m2 with a living area of 345 m2.
CAN TECO - charming country house, 4 bedrooms, pool, close to Porto Cristo, quiet and idyllic and with spectacular sea views in the long distance.
This charming house is tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Can Teco perfectly combines modern design with traditional materials. Upon entering the house we find a beautiful open entrance that leads us to the living room with large windows, which allows a great illumination of the house. It is equipped with sofas, TV, DVD, CD/music and has direct access to the terrace.
From the living room on the right side we can access a modern kitchen, very well equipped with all the comforts and utensils of modern kitchens to be able to cook without problems and which also has its own fireplace. The main floor also has a bathroom with shower and from where we can access the terrace/pool.
A staircase at the entrance of the house leads to the floor, which is distributed in 3 double bedrooms (two with two double beds and one with two single beds). It also includes 3 bathrooms, all of them with bathtub.
The house has central heating, air conditioning (cold) in the living room, portable fans and Wi-Fi connection.
The house is accessed via a tarmac road and parking is possible both in front of the house and in the garage.
Exterior
The exterior of the finca has a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the sea in the long distance and the Mallorcan countryside. The terrace has a table with chairs to enjoy your culinary delights in the open air, a cistern and a barbecue. On the right side of the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (7m x 5m with a depth of 1.40m to 1.80m), with several sunbeds for relaxing and sunbathing.
The floor also has two terraces, one of them with a chill-out area with sofas where you can relax reading your favourite book and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the countryside.
The environment of the finca is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation such as fruit trees (olive trees, almond trees, carob trees) and palm trees, creating a unique and peaceful place.
The location of the extensive property is absolutely tranquil and idyllic and boasts spectacular views of the sea in the long distance. There is no better place to experience and enjoy a profound sense of peace and tranquillity.
Can Teco is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the tourist centre of Portocristo, away from the hustle and bustle and 58 km away from the airport. Only 5 minutes away you can reach Portocristo where you can find a wide range of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. In the surrounding area there are numerous sports facilities, including horse riding, golf or water sports. The nearest golf course "Pula Golf" (in Son Servera) is 11,2 km away.
The nearby mountains offer for hikers and nature lovers many opportunities to explore the diversity of Mallorca's landscape on foot. An example of this is the excursion to the "Castillo de Punta de n'Amer", a circular route around the entire point, along the coast, enjoying this excellent viewpoint of the east coast. This is a Protected Natural Area, where there is a defensive tower from the end of the 17th century, which served as a lookout point between neighbouring towers. From the tower you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the bays of Cala Millor and Sa Coma.
The market day in Portocristo is on Sunday mornings, held on the Paseo de la Sirena in front of the harbour and the beach. It is a market of natural and autochthonous products. It is highly recommended both for its quality and for the beautiful views of the port, the beach and the white caves that can be seen from the promenade. A visit to the Cuevas del Drach in Portocristo, only 5.8 km from the house, or the Cuevas dels Hams, 3.7 km away, is highly recommended.
The municipality of Manacor and Porto Cristo presents, as peculiar values, a coastal landscape of extreme and unalterable beauty, and a great diversity of flora and fauna. It has natural and virgin coves, with fine sand and rocks, clean, transparent and crystalline water, surrounded by nature. Some of them are Cala Moreya, Cala Morlanda, es Caló d'en Rafalino, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, s'Estany d'en Mas, Calas de Mallorca and Cala Murada, all of them of great natural beauty. Other examples are Cala Petita and Cala Varques, accessible only on foot with an excursion of approximately half an hour.
