The finca is a cozy rural typical Mallorcan finca with a swimming pool just a few minutes from the village of Buger in the north of the island and not far from the beautiful beaches of the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia
Buger is a small and ancient village between Inca and the Bay of Alcudia which is best known for the cultivation of almond and carob trees. Buger's identity is its calm and authenticity:
The finca can accommodate up to 6 guests and has around 210 m² of living space on two floors with a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which one bedroom and two bathrooms are on the ground floor and the other two and another bathroom are on the upper floor. The cozy living room is on the upper floor and is equipped with satellite TV and WiFi internet. The kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, is also on the ground floor. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
The furnished terrace has a dining table to relax and enjoy the fresh holiday air and right next to it under a shady tree is the brick barbecue grill.
Just a few steps from the terrace there are a few steps up to the private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool (step entry 1.10 x 1.80 m) where you can refresh yourself after soaking up the sun while enjoying the beautiful view of the garden can enjoy the surrounding enchanting rural panorama
