This flat is located on the floor of a building in a residential area, facing south. From here, it's about 1 ½ km to the beach. Thanks also to its ideal location, the flat is the perfect starting point for exploring the city.
The building has a lift. The flat is suitable for a family with two children or two couples. Baby equipment including a high chair, cot, changing table and changing mat is available on site. On arrival, we reserve some local specialities for our guests as a small welcome gift.
The bright living room is beautifully decorated and has a comfortable sofa bed for two and a dining table for four. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The smaller bedroom, suitable for children, has a bunk bed with two beds. The bathroom has a washbasin and shower, and there is a separate toilet. The flat is heated by gas central heating.
There is a bus stop just 50 metres from the flat. Buses in the urban area, i.e. the inner city, run every 15 minutes. With them, you can easily explore the whole city. A tour of the city walls offers a magnificent view. On one side are the narrow streets of the historic centre, on the other the port and beaches.
The flat includes a private, locked garage.
