4-room apartment on 2 levels on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2022, comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), electric shutters.
Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with electric shutters.
Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Heating, electric heating, boiler.

Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin, shower and electric shutters. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), electric shutters.

Marvellous view of the sea.

Very beautiful 2-family house 2 storeys, terraced, renovated in 2022. In the district of Solidor, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach.
