Discover the charm of this new holiday home, ideal for two people and located in Sainte Hélène-sur-Isère in a quiet Savoyard hamlet. Offering the perfect balance of tranquillity and accessibility, it has been designed to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for those looking to get away from it all while remaining close to essential amenities.
Air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house ensure a pleasant atmosphere whatever the season. The bedroom has a 180x200 king-size bed for couples, which can be converted into 2 single beds for families or friends.
The bathroom has a large 140x90 shower tray.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, pod coffee maker, toaster, mini-oven, microwave, electric kettle and dishwasher. There's also a raclette grill for the winter and a plancha grill for the summer.
In fine weather, you can enjoy your meals on the lovely private terrace with views of the mountains.
The house enjoys an enviable position near Albertville, an Olympic town at the crossroads of the Tarentaise, Beaufortain and Lake Annecy ski resorts. Situated in the Combe de Savoie region, which is full of walks, outdoor activities and visits that a basic homemade mini-guide will be able to point you in the right direction.
