The holiday home is situated on the owner's property in a small village of 700 inhabitants, in a quiet location 15 km from Obernai and Mont St Odile and 45 km from Strasbourg.
This two-storey, 90 m² wooden house sleeps nine people. It has three bedrooms, all located in the attic; the bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have three 90 cm single beds. The large living room on the ground floor includes a sitting area with an armchair and sofa and a television (digital TV), as well as a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. It is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and a small bar that acts as a room divider with the dining area. The house has two bathrooms, each with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is electric heating in every room.
Outside, guests have access to a terrace with a wooden table where they can enjoy the beautiful view. The chalet also has a garden with games for children. A barbecue is also available. Two private parking spaces are available for guests' vehicles.
The chalet is an ideal base for exploring the Alsace and Vosges regions and the wine route. It is just 15 km from Obernai and Mont St Odile, and only 45 km from Strasbourg and Colmar. Numerous hiking, walking and mountain bike trails start nearby. For mountain sports enthusiasts, there are climbing walls and the Champ du Feu ski resort nearby (approx. 20 km). A restaurant serving Alsatian specialities and a grocery shop are less than 1 km away.
