In La Grande-motte, located a stone's throw from the golf course and the pretty port of the west, this functional and well-equipped studio ensures you will have a very pleasant stay, just a few minutes from the beach and shops.
Its living room opens onto a lovely west-facing terrace overlooking the pool. It features a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a small kitchenette with electric hobs, a mini-fridge, and a storage cupboard.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you would like these services added, please contact us.
A communal car park within the residence with numerous parking spaces will allow you to park your car in the basement.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency accepts no responsibility should the building management or the relevant authorities decide to close the pools. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be issued.
You can enjoy a wide range of water sports, such as wakeboarding, windsurfing and water skiing, just steps from the apartment.
