This recently built (2006) residence is located on the snow front, right next to the Vanoise Express gondola and chairlift, and houses the French Ski School (ESF) and a daycare center. Ideal for families with young children, the residence comprises 33 apartments, most with covered parking spaces.
Very pleasant 50 m² apartment, rated 3*, located in a secure residence built in 2006. Ski departure and return, ESF meeting point and daycare in the residence.
This apartment, rented for 6 people, comprises an entrance hall, a welcoming living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (one with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, and one with a double bed), a shower room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Parking space #32 in the residence is included at no extra charge.
The extra touch: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
Located on the 6th floor, with elevator access, you will have a stunning view of the entire valley.

You have the option to book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.

A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
