This recently built, well-furnished studio apartment, accessible to people with reduced mobility, includes:
- a living space with a lounge equipped with a sofa bed;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen with a bar for snacks and an extendable table (desk or dining table).
You will be impressed by its practicality and brightness.
For a most pleasant stay, you'll have everything you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, hairdryer, fan, iron, refrigerator, etc. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio. Please note that linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that this accommodation is located in a strictly residential building. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, in particular by avoiding excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night. We want you to have a pleasant stay while maintaining a calm environment for the residents.

- The Corentin Celton metro station (line 12) is the closest, just a 10-minute walk from the studio, also accessible by bus.
A bus stop 50 meters away is served every 5 to 10 minutes by lines 126 and 189 (Place du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny stop).

A local bakery is also located 150 meters from the studio, on Place du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, next to an excellent Thai restaurant, Siam Square.
