L'Alsacienne aux 29 coeurs: Renovated, detached, half-timbered house dating from the 18th century, located in a farmhouse in a small, quiet village near Strasbourg.
Private car park. Charging point for all makes of electric vehicle (type 2, 7.5 kw) - vehicle charging extra (local rate in force).
The ground floor comprises a living/dining room, kitchen with dining area (microwave, fridge-freezer), bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms with beds 1.60 m wide by 2 m long, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm wide by 2 m long, and a shower room (shower + WC). Central heating included, air-conditioning upstairs in summer.
The Alsatian house is set in a large enclosed farm courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, parking and garage.
