L'Alsacienne aux 29 coeurs: Renovated, detached, half-timbered house dating from the 18th century, located in a farmhouse in a small, quiet village near Strasbourg.
The ground floor comprises a living/dining room, kitchenette with dining area (microwave, fridge-freezer), bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms with beds 1.60 m wide by 2 m long, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm wide by 2 m long and a shower room (shower + WC). Central heating included, air-conditioning upstairs in summer.
The Alsatian house is set in a large enclosed farm courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, parking and garage.
Parking is available nearby and an additional fee may apply.
Charging point for all makes of electric vehicle (type 2, 7.5 kw) - vehicle charging extra (local rate in force).
The house has a cot for small children, a booster seat and a small bath.
