The outdoor areas of the house also include a covered courtyard on the north side and an enclosed garden on the south side, which is followed by the small pond. Although the latter is not suitable for swimming or fishing, it offers a beautiful view and moments of relaxation.

Beautiful hiking trails are nearby. Just two kilometres from the banks of the Arguenon estuary are the beaches of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer and the beautiful seaside resort of St-Cast-le-Guildo. Shops and a few restaurants are nearby, about a kilometre from the house.
