HOUSING
Upon arrival, you will enjoy a large living room, carefully decorated with vintage and industrial charm.
It is divided between two spaces: a comfortable living room (with Smart TV) and an open and fully equipped kitchen.
A bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and a shower room (with washing machine and towel dryer) are also planned on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a private shower room (with towel warmer) for added comfort and independence.
In summary, this apartment offers you an ideal location just steps from the much-loved Forville market, as well as optimal comfort and privacy thanks to its two floors and equipped bedrooms.
THE SURROUNDINGS
On your street, you will find several small cafes, a cheese shop, and the famous Forville market.
We invite you to take a detour to the old town, Le Suquet, which you can reach in just 3 minutes on foot. You will particularly enjoy the Suquet des Artistes, an exhibition space for works of art, as well as the old city fort which offers a 360° view of the Bay of Cannes.
A Monoprix supermarket is located a few seconds' walk from the apartment.
You will also have quick access to:

And if the beaches of Cannes seem too crowded, the beaches of the south of France will be quickly accessible in just ten minutes!
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is free in the surrounding streets.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your entire stay.
Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
