ACCOMMODATION
From the entrance, a corridor leads to the living room, which is bright and entirely facing the garden.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140x190cm) for one person, a connected TV and a dining area.
The open, well-designed kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.).
Large bay windows line all of the living areas, providing access to an 80m² southwest-facing garden. This outdoor space offers a dining area and deckchairs.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm), a large bay window also overlooking the garden, and an adjoining shower room.
A separate toilet is accessible from the entrance.
Private parking in the basement of the building is available, with easy access.

From Nice Airport: 30 to 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
