Welcome to Paris!
I am delighted to welcome you to my superb, newly renovated apartment! You will appreciate its proximity to lines 5, 7, and 10, which will take you to all corners of the city where you can visit various tourist sites. You will also find the RER C and the Gare d'Austerlitz train station nearby, which are a 5-minute walk away.
My accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people, and is composed of two bedrooms with double beds, a lovely living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom!
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher and Coffee Machine
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and directly overlooks a quiet, quiet street. Its location will make access easy if you arrive with a lot of luggage. You'll also love strolling through the Jardin des Plantes and discovering the Natural History Museum, just a 3-minute walk away! You can also explore the neighborhood on foot, as the famous Panthéon is 15 minutes away, Place Monge and the Arènes de Lutèce are 10 minutes away, and Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Ile Saint Louis are 20 minutes away.
Located in a quiet and dynamic area, you will find several shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes!

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very diverse: it includes, of course, the Latin Quarter, and is therefore home to a very large student population, but also the Panthéon and its rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as Gallo-Roman remains which make the whole area an extremely touristy area.
The famous Latin Quarter is a lively student district, one of the oldest in Paris. Its name likely comes from the fact that, in the university district, instruction was taught in Latin.
