I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 54-square-meter apartment, located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, on the 4th floor with elevator access and ready to accommodate 4 people. It is ideally situated on the banks of the Seine, near the Pont d'Iéna and a 9-minute walk from the Statue of Liberty. You can stroll through a vibrant neighborhood and discover the various tourist attractions of the City of Lights!

My apartment is very well located and includes two bedrooms with two double beds, a shower room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room.
You will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Fan, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Toaster.
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
Activities are available around the accommodation:
-For art lovers, the Maison de Balzac is 5 minutes away, the Wine Museum 12 minutes away, the Marmottan Monet Museum 16 minutes away, the Museum of Man 17 minutes away...
-For children, the Parc de Passy is 7 minutes away.
-For bowling, there is a club a 14-minute walk away.
-For movie nights, the Majestic Passy and the Pathé Beaugrenelle are respectively 11 and 9 minutes from the apartment.
You'll be staying a 14-minute metro ride from the Pont d'Iéna. From there, you can admire the view of the Eiffel Tower and visit it, or even plan a cruise to discover the illuminated Seine. You can also explore the must-see monuments and landmarks in the area, such as the Musée du quai Branly, the Trocadéro Gardens and Square, the Champ de Mars, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Palais de Tokyo.

The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, in the west of the city. It is bordered to the east by the Seine and to the west by the Paris ring road, with the exception of the Bois de Boulogne which is located on the other side of this road.
The district is primarily residential, but nonetheless popular with tourists for its numerous museums and landmarks such as the Trocadéro and the Bois de Boulogne. It houses the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-renowned sporting venues like the Parc des Princes and Roland-Garros stadium. Including the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
