The residence is a 1970s building located at the bottom of the road, near the ski lift departure point, at an altitude of 1650 m in the Plan-Peisey resort.
The ski slopes are only 100 meters away and within a 300-meter radius you will find the resort center, the ski school and the shops.
Beautiful studio apartment renovated in 2020 with a lovely south-facing mountain view.
It consists of a living room with a fold-down double bed, a kitchenette, and a closed cabin with 2 bunk beds.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, toaster. Television. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 fold-down double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Bathroom facilities: a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds, which must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
