The living area is spacious and bright, featuring a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that will delight food lovers! A charming balcony and a small table complete the living space, perfect for a relaxing break. The staircase offers magnificent views overlooking the neighborhood as it leads to the upper floor, where you'll find two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
