The apartment is located in a four-unit chalet, ideally located towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from the shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle slope. Departure and return on skis.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beauregard, Étale and Riffroids mountain ranges.
ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all rooms
LIVING ROOM (renovated in autumn 2024): 14m², equipped with a single sofa bed, chairs, table, storage unit, television, west-facing bay window and a south-facing French window opening onto the west-facing balcony with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Fully equipped KITCHEN (renovated in autumn 2024): 4-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, units with all kitchen essentials (fondue machine available in common area).
BEDROOM 1: 9 m², one 140 cm bed, wardrobe, iron, east-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 11.5 m², 3 single beds, French window opening onto west-facing balcony.
BATHROOM: 4 m², shower, sink, separate WC.
For summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays longer than 13 nights)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
