Located on the 5th floor with elevator access, the apartment comprises:
- a comfortable living room with a desk;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a room with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a superb 13 m² east-facing terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and tranquility.
Plenty of storage and equipment are available: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
A baby cot is available, as well as an Intex electric inflatable mattress to accommodate a 3rd traveler!
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:

- in Rue de l'Église (pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants);
- 150 meters from a public cinema (ideal for a romantic evening);
- at the foot of metro line 9 (Nation accessible in 10 minutes; the centre of Paris and Bercy in 20 minutes);
- close to major airports, the Bois de Vincennes, Disneyland Park and the Stade de France.
There are several supermarkets (Biocoop, Naturalia, Carrefour) within a few minutes' walk for your everyday shopping. A Yoga/Pilates center is located in the residence if you'd like to enjoy a relaxing or sporty break.

The 20th arrondissement is a lively, vibrant, popular, and friendly district with numerous theaters and cafes. The main tourist attraction in the area is the Père-Lachaise Cemetery. The 12th arrondissement is a more peaceful district where you can explore the Coulée Verte (greenway), the Aligre market, the Palais de la Porte Dorée (Golden Gate Palace), and easily reach the Opéra Bastille or the Accor Arena.
