150 years old villa on 3 levels, garden on land side and sea side, 5 meters from the beach.
From the balcony, admire the sunrises and sunsets over the sea!

The 4 bedrooms are equipped with a sink and storage furniture. All have sea views, except one. The living room also have sea view.

5min on foot from the shops (bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, pharmacy), restaurants, casino, cinema, tourist board.
10min drive to shopping malls and fish markets (harbor).

Sailing club next to the house (rental of dinghies, catamarans, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle), beach games (sand castles, kite, etc.), bike or horse ride (club in the village).
Nearby historic cities: Bayeux, Caen, Arromanches, Cabourg, etc.

Small garden with a large table and barbecue on the land side enjoying the afternoon sun. Garden-lawn sea side to have breakfast in the morning sun.

3 levels:
Ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen, dining room with a large table, living room with TV and sofa bed, cagibi for beach amenities, toilet with sink and washing machine.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a shared balcony, both have sea view.
- "Scalaire": bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200;
- "Tourteau": bedroom with a double bed 160x200;
- bathroom with large shower and toilet.

2nd floor:
- "Goéland": room with a double bed 140x190, sea view;
- "Marsouins": bedroom with a bunk bed 90x190;
- WC.

High chair for baby is available.
Being a summer holiday home, the house is not equipped with heating. Only a wood stove is available in the dining room.
Bed, bath and house linen are not provided but can be rented (20€/person/stay), by making the request to La Conciergerie du Bessin in charge of your reception. Payment by cash at the arrival.
Check in between 5-7pm, check out before 10am.
