The owner's note, Frédéric
This charming house features, on the ground floor, a living area with an open-concept kitchen that flows into the living room and dining room, as well as a game/recreation room with a sofa bed. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a shower room that also includes a toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a queen-size bed and a crib, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with a queen-size bed and a crib in an adjoining room; a shower room and a separate toilet.
You have access to an outdoor living area featuring a sofa and two large (plastic) “wicker-style” armchairs, a coffee table, and a large garden table with six chairs. Parking is available, though the access is narrow and sloped.
A barbecue will add the perfect finishing touch to your meals!
