Perched on the heights of Papeete, an independent annex welcomes you in an exceptional setting, between raw rock, tropical vegetation and panoramic views of the island of Moorea and the Pacific Ocean.
Located on the grounds of an architect-designed villa clinging to the hillside, this outbuilding is designed to offer calm, comfort and privacy, while allowing total immersion in a unique natural environment.
The annex, approximately 27 m², features a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet, as well as direct access to the infinity pool. From its terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the island of Moorea and the ocean.
The outdoor spaces – infinity pool, garden, terrace – are shared with the owner, who lives in the main house. Rarely present during the day, she guarantees your peace and quiet while remaining available should you need anything. You might encounter two very affectionate and sociable dogs, who only live on the property when the owner is there. They are gentle, playful, and sometimes seek cuddles. When the owner is away, they are always kept in their kennel to ensure your tranquility.
Due to the lack of safety barriers around the pool, the accommodation is not suitable for young children and is reserved for people aged 15 and over.
