Built of stone with a strong presence of wood especially on the roof, Villa Phos is an elevated ground floor villa of two levels joined by inner stairs. Nestled within a four-acre Mediterranean estate with olive trees, fruit-bearing trees, and organic vegetable gardens, this property offers pure light and energy in a natural setting.
The level features a unified open-plan space combining the kitchen, living room, and a WC. The kitchen is equipped with retro-style household appliances, fully functional for every purpose, and includes a dining table. The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a fireplace, air-conditioning, discreet controlled lighting, and a wide French window overlooking the swimming pool and sea.
An internal staircase leads to the elevated level with two bedrooms. Each bedroom is fully equipped with furniture, television, and air-conditioning, and has its own en suite private bathroom plus French windows with access to the upper outdoor space overlooking the pool and sea. The bedroom has a double bed, while the second offers two single beds that can be joined together upon request.
Special attention has been given to sleep quality with anatomic luxurious mattresses made strictly from natural materials including rubber, coco palm, cotton, breathing fabric, and independent springs. Pillows range from soft to firm, and all sheets and duvets are 100% cotton-satin for absolute relaxation.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by wooden sunbeds with comfortable cushions and personal towels, a shower, stone sofas shaded by pergolas, a day bed, and a swing. From the property, a path leads directly to the sea, where guests can enjoy swimming in crystal clear waters.
