Located on the fourth floor of an old building with an elevator to the third (then stairs to access the last), this studio offers a functional and well-appointed living space.
The main room, with sloping ceilings and air conditioning, includes a sofa bed (140x200cm), which forms a relaxation area with a connected TV and fiber, as well as a window overlooking the rooftops of Cannes.
The separate kitchen is equipped for everyday needs (hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils) and has an opening onto the living room.
The shower room with WC completes the set.

Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
