Studio apartment in a secure building, located on the 1st floor. All shops are nearby, 400m from the Croisette and 80m from Rue d'Antibes.
The apartment consists of:
A living room with a 140cm double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room opens onto a beautiful balcony with a table that can accommodate up to 4 people.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Air-conditioned living room, Wi-Fi.
1st floor, with elevator.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
I live in Cannes and am available by phone (text, WhatsApp, calls) and can come to you if there are any problems with your stay. I will be in front of the building to hand over the keys, explain everything, and answer your questions.
Check-in is between 3 PM and 8 PM. If check-in is after 8 PM, please contact me to arrange a separate check-in.
I also offer private concierge services upon request, such as shuttle services, housekeeping, or organizing tourist activities. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

# Notes
We offer amenities, sheets and 1 shower towel per person are included in the rental price (one kit per bed per stay).
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
