This charming and well-located apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Elviria, one of the most beautiful along the Marbella coast. A perfect location for a relaxing holiday—almost directly on the beach!
Within walking distance you will find a fantastic sn of restaurants and beach clubs, including Lido Beach and the ever-popular La Plage Casanis, a favorite among holidaymakers.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a separate guest toilet. It is located on the floor of a low-rise complex, with a sunny 20 m² southeast-facing terrace offering a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening meals al fresco.
The building complex consists of two floors, and this apartment is located on the floor. Access to the property is via a staircase from street level.
