Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes is located in a quiet and elevated position, away from the usual hustle and bustle, yet close to the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Banus (8 km), exquisite restaurants and luxury brand boutiques. Also a few km from the cozy and typical Spanish town of Benahavis with more restaurants and small shops. Marbella town center is about 15 km away.
The complex is gated, offering landscaped gardens with four large swimming pools. All four pools are generally open from dawn to dusk every day from May 1st to September 30th. Three pools are closed in winter, but the infinity pool is open year-round.
There is a refreshment kiosk in summer at the infinity pool at the main entrance.
Upon entering the 118 m2 apartment + 48 m2 terrace, the modern living room is on the right. A spacious living room with a dining area for 6 and a sofa group for 6 people. From the dining room, there is access to an east-facing terrace with a dining table for 6 people and past the sofa group, there is another terrace with a lounge area facing southwest. Enjoy the sun all day long.
From the living room, you access the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 * 2.00 m, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, toilet, bidet and double sink. From this bedroom, you have direct access to the southwest-facing terrace.
From the entrance, straight ahead, we find the fully equipped kitchen mainly with Siemens appliances.
Just before the kitchen entrance, there is a small space that gives access to a functional bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 * 2.00 m and built-in wardrobes. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower.

Underfloor heating: All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
Parking space: Private parking.
Golf:
The apartment is located in the "New Golf Valley". Within a 10-minute drive, you will find:
1. Monte Mayor Golf: A famous 18-hole course on a hilltop with spectacular views of the Andalusian mountains
2. Marbella Club Resort: New 18-hole course with an excellent clubhouse.
3. El Paraiso: The original and the best, established for 20 years, friendly and with regular events and tournaments.
4. Los Flamingos: This 36-hole course hosted the Senior Masters a few years ago.
Prices are based on 4 people.
Extra bed/sofa bed:
This vacation rental offers a sofa bed. The price is €75, including one set of sheets and towels. Please notify the office.
Baby bed and high chair:
We would like to inform you that we can provide you with a baby cot and a high chair. The price is 30 euros for 1 week and 50 euros for 2 weeks, including 1 set of sheets. Please inform the office.
Delivery of clean sheets and towels:
If you require bed linen and towel delivery during your stay, please let us know when booking. The cost is €15 per person.
