This beautiful village house, located in the hamlet of Les Claux in Pelvoux, combines authentic charm with modern comfort. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it can accommodate families and groups of friends in a warm and friendly atmosphere, in the heart of an exceptional natural setting.
The living area includes a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bright dining room, and a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove, ideal for gathering after a day in the mountains. This room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air of the Hautes-Alpes. Upstairs, a double bedroom also has its own private balcony. The house has a total of five bedrooms: three with double beds, one with a single bed, and a final bedroom with a double and single bed, allowing for flexible organization according to needs. Two modern shower rooms complete the sleeping areas, as does a laundry room with a washing machine. The entrance hall has been designed to easily store all sports equipment, whether skis in winter or hiking backpacks in summer.
The location is ideal: the house is just a stone's throw from the slopes of the Pelvoux-Vallouise family resort, perfect for skiing and winter sports. In summer, it offers privileged access to the most renowned hiking trails in the Écrins massif, such as the Ailefroide route which leads to Pré de Madame Carle, the starting point for climbs to Glacier Blanc and numerous high-mountain trails.
