Small, quiet, and sunny two-story residence with four entrances, each serving four south-facing apartments. This residence is located below the slopes, the chairlift, and the VANOISE EXPRESS (accessible by stairs in 5 minutes). No elevator.
Free, uncovered public parking about a hundred meters away.
Access is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties as it is via stairs.
** 33m² apartment, south-facing, located in a residence close to the slopes and shops as well as the Vanoise Express (connection to LA PLAGNE). The apartment is composed of a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, a kitchen area opening onto a living room with a sofa + trundle bed.
Access to the building and the slopes is via stairs.
Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of trundle beds
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress covers must not be removed from beds, but must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress cover, €300 for the replacement of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: 300€ odor charge for cleaning all fabrics
